Rosco's gonna hate me for the title! 
Basically this was an experment doing a picture in flash with complete transparency, layered gradients, and cutting nearly every bit of line art. I think its interesting and soft feeling.
It seems happy, but there is an underlying loneliness about it I feel. Rosco hates being alone.
